Whether you are looking for a private Pop Up Picnic at home or somewhere close to you, we would love to help! Our Pop Up Picnics are beautiful and unique, as every one of our picnic packages includes a mini photo session with professional photographer, Andy Williams! So whether you are having a small intimate breakfast by the bay, a larger social gathering at home or if you are thinking of a proposal picnic, you will have some beautiful professionally taken photographs as a reminder of your day!

A pop Up Picnic makes any occasion amazing, and is ideal for a romantic couples date, a baby shower, a girls get together, a family catch up or a proposal! And having a photographer on hand means you will have memories of your perfect picnic!

Picnic Inclusions:

All of our Pop Up Picnic Packages include:

1. A 2-hour private picnic experience!
2. A professional photography session conducted by Andy Williams. Typically the photography session will last for ten minutes and would include 10 high resolution digital images. Plenty to get some memories of your picnic experience!
3. A wonderful picnic set up in a location of your choosing! (At the moment we are keeping our picnics in the Redlands but plan on heading to Brisbane soon!)
4. A grazing box – requests can be taken but your grazing box would typically include meats, fruit, biscuits, cheese, and nibbles
5. An ice bucket, ice and water (please note we don’t supply alcohol!!)
6. Mats and cushions and a low wooden table
7. A gorgeous Boho selection of plates, bowls, cutlery and glassware
8. Dried flowers and decorations
9. The removal of all leftover food, plates etc afterwards. That’s right – you don’t need to do a thing!

Pop Up Picnic Pricing:

Our picnic packages are all inclusive:

2 – 3 people: $350.00 total (including a medium grazing box, and photo shoot)

4 – 8 people: $450.00 total (including a large grazing box, and photo shoot)

9 – 12 people: $550.00 total (including one large and one medium grazing box, and photo shoot)

(The above prices are for the mainland Redlands. For 20km outside of the Redlands add $100 per picnic, and for up to 50km add $200 per picnic!)

A Few Picnic Ts and Cs:

1. A 50% deposit is needed to lock in your picnic experience with full payment due 7 days prior. Deposits are non-refundable. Bookings made within 7 days of the picnic will require full payment.
2. We need at least 48 hours notice to book a picnic!
3. You are welcome to have the picnic at home or at a location of your choice in the mainland Redlands! Some locations may not be available due to council restrictions. Ask us for some recommendations!
4. Your digital high resolution photographs will be ready within 7 days
5. One postponement of your picnic is allowed but must be within 72 hours of your picnic booking. Your deposit will be transferred to the new booking. No further postponements will be permitted.
6. In the case of cancellation, your deposit will be forfeited
7. In the case of bad weather, you are welcome to find alternative, sheltered location (decision must be made within 72 hours of your picnic booking), or a decision will be made 72 hours prior to your picnic a to whether we will postpone. Picnics will not be set up if it is raining – the cushions and table decor don’t survive in the wet!

Extra medium grazing box: $110.00

Extra large grazing box: $170.00

Additional photos: $10 per photo
